* User Note:
- Please DO NOT perform a firmware update unless it is necessary.
- By updating from 1 Series Firmware to 2 Series Firmware, all contents in the Hard Drive will be erased.
- 2 Series Firmware can ONLY be updated from Firmware 1.15 or above.
- All 1 Series firmware can only be updated from Firmware 1.07 or above.
- Following Vinpower Duplication Controller will no longer being supported as of Firmware Revision 1.20/2.20 or above.
- Vinpower 7 Target Duplication Controller, rev 3.3 or below.
- Vinpower 11 Target Duplication Controller, rev 1.8 or below.
If you have accidentally updated controllers above or systems with controllers above to 1.20/2.20 or above by mistake, you may see "Error Code: 4" during boot up or your system may behave abnormally. Please downgrade back to 1.15 when it happens.
- These firmware updates are not compatible with Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese controller/systems. If you require a firmware update for these versions, please contact the Vinpower Digital Technical Support.
